European Narrow Gauge: Bemo 1001/2 German DB H0m V51 diesel loco, a project please read

A Bemo 1001/2 German DB H0m V51 diesel loco, converted to H0m but this is a 750mm gauge loco and therefore should be H0e, needs converting back to H0e by pressing the wheels back in (a press will be necessary) as it will only run on H0m when the bogie sideframes are removed, when these are re-fitted the wheels do not turn very easily, missing glazing, in fair condition, sold as a project. It runs well with the sideframes removed but the wheels fall out if it is picked up.
