00 Projects: Hornby J83 tank, a project please read

A Hornby J83 tank, reluctant runner, needs a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, broken rear buffer beam, in fair condition, no original box. Please note this chassis needs a controller capable of delivering at least 600mA to run well once fixed and the loco may not like newer Peco points due to deeper flanges
