00 Projects: Hornby 1970s pannier tank, a project please read

A Hornby 1970s production pannier tank, poor runner, needs a thorough electrical clean and lubrication, repaint candidate, no original box. Please note this chassis needs a controller capable of delivering at least 600mA to run well, and doesn't like new Hornby or Peco points as it has deep flanged wheels.
